What are player points?

Player Points are the RedKings customer loyalty points.

What can I do with my Player Points?

The points can soon be used for collecting various bonuses, qualifying for special tournaments and claiming freeroll tournament cash prizes.

You can also soon use your points to buy tournament tickets in the Ticket Vendor and buy bonuses in the Bonus Vendor.
Please note that all points earned will be balanced prior to the introduction of the bonus and tournament vendors plus the VIP scheme. Points previously earned for paid out bonuses will not count towards the new VIP/Vendor offers. Only new points from the date of introduction of the VIP scheme will count towards the various incentives on offer.

How do I earn player points?

You earn player points through playing games for real money at RedKings. These points accumulate by being active in raked hands. Player points are available at nearly all of the games for real money at RedKings such as any of our poker games, Black Jack, Caribbean Pirate Poker, Video Poker, Jackpot Slots and Let It Ride.
Please Note: in Holdem and Omaha RedKings operates a 'no flop no drop' policy and a player needs to contribute to the pot in order to earn player points. In 7-Card Stud all players that are dealt cards will earn player points.

Each player that is eligible for points earns 0.1 player points for $0.10 that is raked in a pot. This means that at most 3 player points can be earned per hand since the maximum rake cap lies at $3.

How long are my Player Points valid for?

Player Points are valid from the day they were collected including that month plus the following six full calendar months. Example: if you earn 10 PP the 15th of June they will expire 31st of December. The oldest Player Points will be used first, if you have 1000 Player Points and spend 100, it will it automatically be the oldest 100 Player Points spent. You can view you Player Points balance and expiry date under My Account.

Where can I see how many RedKings player points I have?

In order to see how many player points you have simply log in to My Account and you will find a detailed review of how many points you have earned playing poker games and casino games respectively. Further down you will also find information on current bonuses and how many more points you need to release the bonuses.

How Many Points Do I Earn in Poker?

Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud

0.10 Player Points are awarded for every $0.10 paid in rake.

Tournaments

5 player points are awarded for every paid dollar in entry fee (real money tournaments). For example, if you enter a $20+2 tournament, you will be awarded 5 * $2 = 10 points, if you enter a $5+$0.50 tournament, you will be awarded 5*$0.50 = 2.5 points. The points are awarded when the tournament finishes. Please note that different deposit bonuses have different wagering requirements.

How many points do I earn in Casino Games?

0.03 player points are awarded for every $1 (USD) real money bet in the following games:

How do I use my player points to claim bonuses?

Bonuses are released automatically when the required number of points have been earned.Consequtive bonuses will be queued in your pending bonus account and released in turn to your cash balance when the requirements have been met. For player points freerolls, a tournament ticket will be available on your account as soon as the required player point amount is reached.

I think I'm missing some points, where are they?

It may take up to an hour for player points statistics to be updated on the "My Account" page. Please have patience and check back in an hour.
